all but one are broken from overheating on trackdays, the heat on the front brakes breaks the plastic clips, when i rotated the wheels i killed another one too! hence 3 being broken. I sorta prefer the look without! :eek: If i can get a flush fitting metal cap it would be much better i think.

Thankfully i will now use my standard alloys on track, however those old CS3 tyres seem to squeal like MAD on track, hence ive not uploaded any videos of the last one because it sound like i cant drive... Odd because my current CS3s dont squeal :confused:


Will be interested in the links at that price, id like to maybe soften the front slightly, for on road and maybe stiffen it on track.
 
Saw and had a walkabout a MR200 today that was parked up...oh my...quite a bit of want. Found out it was Readie's funnily enough.
 
Did you wave at him though? he reckons someone waved at him but he thought he was being called a W***** lol :)

noticed he still has the velcro on the number plate from when we went on a timed "how fast" event a few months back. Odd :)

Yeah...looking back on it...it probably wasn't the best sort of thing to do a "Toot toot" to a total stranger as when they look in their rear view it can easily be misconstrued as a rude gesture.

Was just getting my front discs changed and a clunking noise checked out, turns out my driver side front coil has snapped. Only done about 22,000 miles :(

Any ideas what these cost to replace?

Agreed! James, any chance you can email me and let me know where you got your droplinks from? Email address in trust...

My garage reckons the slight knocking/tapping from my front suspension might be the very bottom of the droplink touching against the wishbone when the suspension is compressed...really want to try the shorter ones and see if they stop it?

Yeah I'm on 16s and coilovers. Probably about as low as yours is now you've raised it off the floor :D
