Looking into getting my wheels sprayed black, wondering how much that'll cost?

Also, could someone please link me to where I can buy a splitter for the front of the car!?

You can buy them on eBay for £25 delivered or from Skoda for around £15 I think! How come black? Should be around £50 perwheel for a good job! Maybe more, I think a refurb on mine were this, I imagine painting etc will be more?

There is a guy on CS who runs a business called sprayshack. Post and return service for almost anything. If they are standard 182 wheels he charges £80 iirc and turn around is about 3 days.

As for the splitter, KTR racing do a replacement carbon fibre one for £120, or you can fit a black plastic skoda splitter for around £10 (direct from dealer). I believe you just have to cut a few inches off each end and screw it on.

The K-Tec Racing one, is it full CF? I should hope so for that. You can buy the CF look sheets for cheap and do it yourself for £30 total inc the splitter I reckon.

RE the above clio! Sorry but 'chav' rubbish word to use I know, but they are not to my taste! I'm sure they look good to you but it spoils the car.

No idea, he does it in his spare time, he seems to get a lot of side business through CS. Better to get lots of business cheaply, than hardly any at high amounts. Only seen photos of his work, looks fairly decent?

EDIT: Thats simply painting btw, if the wheels need refurbing it will cost quite a bit more.

Get some anthracite Turinis on there. The guy I bought mine off had an Iceburg Silver car, and they looked great on it.

What are your plans for lowering? Spings or coilovers?

Nothing for a while as i just dropped all my spare money for the next few months on a new TV

Tempted to go coilovers with solid topmounts, but have heard great things about the KTR springs?

Edit: Tom didn't you have a silver 182 with turinis? Any chance of some pics?

I've not read much about KTR springs. Everyone seems to recommend Eibach over on ClioSport.net. My Sportlines were great until my shocks went, which is when I moved over to coilovers.

Would you of remained happy with the standard shocks and eibach springs if they hadn't of failed?
