Who here owns a Renaultsport?

I did the same with an r27, down to the day I was handing over the money, I test drove a 182 and ended up loving it more, despite the r27 being an overall better car.

As for camskill, they are probably the uk's biggest supplier of tyres :)

I think they look great, but would never pay the premium for one.

I was going to go down the 200 route, however I'm glad I opted for a much cheaper 182.

Oh, I would never get a Gordini, don't like the Blue interior ;). I'll probably go for a 182 in all honesty, I'de find it very hard justifying the cost of a 200 when the 182 is soo similar.

How's peoples insurance costs on 1*2's, has the cost gone up by much this year?

I need some new tyres. The car currently has Michelin Exalto PE2's all around. I can't find these anywhere, I think they are no longer produced?

They're discontinued.

The Hankook V12 got the thumbs up over on cs.net as a suitable replacement with a small saving to be had too.

I have big rubber to replace now on the rears 275 / 30 / 19  I need to read some reviews of how the V12's hold up in the larger size on a saloon car as they're about half the price of the Conti SP5 but still £180 a corner!

Whilst I had the 182 the V12 would have been my choice replacement.

R1R's tbh

Yoko AD08s would be my choice. Was a passenger in a mate's CTR EP3 last week at Croft - car felt fantastic with those tyres on. At the end of the day, they looked brand new compared to my Michelin PE2s. :(

Food for thought:
Toyo R1R (140 rating and 6.5mm tread)
Advan Neova AD08 (180 rating and 8mm tread)

Oh and btw....

Seat has to go :( Its just too small, and simply cannot do the 45min commute to work in it. Absolutely lovely seat, but im just too much of a fatty. Will probably end up replacing it with an EVO2 or a Futura.

Made a little list of things to do once the finance on my TV is paid off next month.

KTR Solid Engine Mount
KTR Solid Gearbox Mount
Pure Motorsport Cup Car Solid Top Mounts + Strut
Powerflex Antiroll Bar + Wishbone Bushes
KTR CNC Matched Inlets + KTR PTFE Manifold Gaskets + Remap
Brembo HC + DS2500 + Braided Lines + Dot5.1

Brembo HC + DS2500 + Braided Lines + Dot5.1

Best thing I did to mine when I had it, I do the brakes first out of that list. Braking later gives me more thrills than accelerating faster and will also give the impression that you're driving like a lunatic!

Now I have 6 pots on the fronts and 4 pots on the back with discs the sizes of dinner plates (340mm front / 325mm rear)
