Finally got my car sorted, it's back on standard shocks and Cooksport springs now. Feels better to drive and ride height is near enough to what it was anyway. I need to get it cleaned, take some pictures, then get it up on PistonHeads by the weekend.

Panoramic roof + gnarly frost = epic creaking and cracking. Genuinely think my roof may shatter!

somebody I know at work turned the mrs car on and put the rear heated screen on and it exlloded literally just after he turned it on!
In other news, I'm off to do my first trackday in March. Off down to a CS trackday in Wales at Llandow with a few people I've met off there. Should be great fun! Hot a fair bit to get sorted between now and then though! Strip Front calipers down make sure they're not binding and of course a fluid changeRSTuner to put a map on. Oil Change. Tigerseal my crap exhaust mounts. Check my front suspension components for wear. Probably get it aligned too.

My renewal came through at 575 but had several around 450 just on internet comparison websites, hoping to get it down to 400ish with current insurer. Cage will be delivered soon, just need to get it powdercoated and put in, exciting! Literally can't wait for brands in feb, can't wait to go back there!

I'm with Greenlight on my 225. The £45 fully comp track day cover is pretty good too!

Nice! The £45 isn't so bad really as when I last called Adrian Flux to cover me for when I did Donington in my 172 they wanted nearly £150... Safe to say I went without it

Managed to get my renewal down to £430, which considering the amount of modifications & points i have, is rather good!

Just heading over to 519 afterwork for a gearbox oil and thermostat change. 36k service was done the other day. Hopefully be golden for a little while...

Just do it yourself with an RSTuner as its known to work well. Then you have yourself a diagnostic machine or flog it on.
Ah ok, ill look into it - cost more than the guy to come out tho presumably
Brand new RSTuner with 98 ron map comes to about £175. Then you can sell the unit for £100-£120.
