A VF43 might well be my next turbo along with some ported headers.

It was mapped with a bad neutral position sensor, so there's more to have in the mid range with another tweak.
 
Got pics? I had to travel up to Yorkshire to get mine, still the drive back certainly gave me a chance to make sure it all worked ok :)
 
What about old Foresters guys? :p

They had one on Shed of the week on pistonheads and ever since I saw it - was only £995 from a dealer miles away - I fancy picking one up. It was a 2.0 turbo, S reg.

I had to travel up to Liverpool to get it, they're hard cars to find in manual and 2.5XT form. What did you pay for yours and what's the mileage on it?

I would've considered an Impreza (after all the 2.5XT and the Impreza are pretty similar cars) but being only 21 there was a massive premium to pay on the Impreza, whereas the Forester slips in under the radar almost with insurance companies. Plus I quite like the stealth aspect of the Forester, it looks like it'd struggle to get up a hill in anything but first gear.
 
Sorry for my ignorance, but apart from giving higher octance, what else does mixing 20% meths do ??

Would i have to have a remap with meths in the tank ?? Or is it as simple as just adding it to the fuel and the off i go thing ??

Also where is meths obtained if possible ??
