Who here owns a Subaru?

Nur Spec R is an awesome exhaust, not so awesome for your neighbours though and in a Wagon, get ready for some serious boomin cabin noise but the best of all is when the sound changes when you get up to 60ish, it sounds like your driving a chinook! :D

Only if they have been remapped for it. Standard cars will benefit a little, but will run standard power on 98-RON. Cars mapped for 99-ROM will lose headline power if run on 98-RON, because the increased tendency towards knock causes the ignition to retard.

Since the car has a decat, I thought maybe the Lambda sensors were faulty and need changing as I got 2 codes when checked with a diagnostic tool, these are: (P0032 - OXYGEN SENSOR HEATER CONTROL CIRCUIT HIGH (BANK 1 SENSOR 1)
(P0037 - OXYGEN SENSOR HEATER CONTROL CIRCUIT LOW (BANK 1 SENSOR 2)

Now I should be running with a Lambda, though mine is 1 before the decat/after. I'm not aware if there is one in the manifold, but doesn't seem to be as my manifold is underneath the car and I can't see any hole for one to go into.

My car idles fine/drives fine. It did pass the last MOT with the previous owner, although I'm not sure whether this was with the decat or not.

There will be an O2 sensor on the manifold driverside.
You dont need a full remap as such to turn the light and errors off. Get hold of a tactrix cable and romraider/ecuflash to download the rom, disable the particular codes and reflash it back on. Job done, but then if you do that, you can also learn a bit and learn to produce more power.
I did it from scratch on a bone stock wrx and am now at 320bhp having replaced my turbo, injectors, full turbo back exhaust, uppipe decatted etc and a bigger vf24 turbo. Did all the work myself and mapped it myself inc launch control, not bad for an IT manager. Been running the new setup since Feb and its going great guns.

Quick clip of the turbo back 3" system, it is rather loud.
