Unfortunately it has to be the same PSN ID used to carry over your online character, you can link your social club with a new ID but all your stats are rest to zero

lastnight on the xbone i was getting grass draw distance issue, i.e. you could see the console rendering the more complex grass not too far infront of you character, annoying.

You can find a certain plant called Peyote dotted around the map that transforms you into various animals like seagulls/eagles (you can then poop on people) and dogs/cats etc.
