If you buy petrol or gas you pay for babies to be raped is an equally "factual" statement at the moment, but I'm guessing you aren't going to be stopping anytime soon?

69 pages and we're still doing this one xD

I cycle to work, and use as little fuel as possible, do you not use petrol? Is this some bizarre connection to russia invading ukraine?

I'm assuming you buy meat/dairy/eggs and also petrol? So you cause far more harm than me.

Proper vegans....
Most annoying thing about the majority of "vegans", still wearing and using animal products

Tried oatmilk for the first time the other day as i've been curious about it for a while and soy milk has no appeal to me at all. Got to say... i prefer it over normal milk (not that i really buy milk much)
Oat milk is great for coffee, cereal etc but wait 'til you stick it in tea.....

Are they though? I can't see the majority of vegans buying a pair of leather shoes.
Difference between being plant-based and vegan.
I've seen it a lot with family and friends that have become "vegan", and say they are, yet still purchasing new leather sofas or spec'ing their new car with it - i just find it a tad hypocritical to actual vegans as i imagine it isn't easy going the full hog and removing animal products entirely.

I eat meat but have always felt a bit guilty about doing so, never enough to completely stop though. That said I think I could go vegan quite easily if I had someone to make me banging vegan meals every day… but I don’t and I hate cooking so that’s that I guess.

Never really understood the hate towards vegans either, all the ones I’ve met are sound and never lecture others. I think some meat-lovers like to overhype how bad they are based on some extreme examples.

Most vegans you encounter online are quite outspoken so I can see how people end up with a skewed opinion on vegans if that is their only interactions.

well there was the OP in this thread.......................... and i believe it was worse before it was edited after the fact.

Fruit and vegetables say hi.

All that seasoning and flavour on the meat? Yup, vegan paper.
To be fair, I think he was on about the purposely produced food stuff for Vegans, like Mince, burgers etc, not food that is non meat. I have tried many Vegan substitutes of popular meats and other dishes (worked in a restaurant) and they were all very bland. Not nice at all.

Oh I know, I was poking fun :D

I've had quite a few decent meat substitutes. Oumph is sold in Tesco and is pretty decent.
