Its a phased rollout, you could be waiting days or weeks. You can go ahead and upgrade anyway though, you don't have to wait.

But bear in mind that if you do, you may hit compatibility problems with your hardware.
Machines which have yet to be offered the update haven't been done so because MS can't guarantee that all your hardware is 100% compatible. That may just be a lack of drivers for your hardware at the moment.
My laptop has updated but my desktop hasn't. I'm going to wait a few weeks to see if any future patches make the upgrade icon appear immediately. No rush.
Does this work? The option refers to 'Driver Software' rather than just Drivers, which leads me to think that this just stops it from installing extra gubbins like GeForce Experience, etc?
