Very heavy snow here now, even though it belted down with rain just now it's settling.

Yep turned back to snow in Southampton now and laying again. Shame the stuff we had through the night was washed away by the rain for that hour, it was totally white outside at 6am.

I can't see it amounting to much at all though, I reckon it'll be passed us in an hour.

Coming down a bit now near Stratford on Avon. Forecast is for snow most of the day.

Just took dog out for morning dump, it's heavy but it's not great snow, there's a lot of ice and rain in it. The stuff we had 2 or 3 weeks ago was far more to get excited about and that wasn't even forecast lol. Go figure that when they forecast heavy snow for 5 or 6 hours we get this rubbish. I mean, it's white out here but it ain't what I call proper snow by a long shot.

A dusting in Chester and the surrounding area. To be honest it's been on and off for the last few days. Doesn't seem to be heavy enough to last more than a day or so in most places.

After the snow and rain in freezing temps, unsurprisingly, Met Office have now issued an ice warning for Monday 25th until 1100 for pretty much everywhere south of Manchester.

Got up at 10.00 to a good blanket of snow but it now looks like very fine rain coming down. It's starting to brighten up so think we have had our share.

Started snowing here in South Lincolnshire about lunch time yesterday, it finally stopped around 9.30pm. Went from absolutely nothing to this..
