Lots of outlets saying that Jude Bellingham has agreed to join Real Madrid for 150m. Time will tell how much truth to it there is but theres allegedly going to be formal announcements next week

You've got to think that if they're willing to splurge 150m on a 19 year old then they will have no qualms about splurging a wodge on Haaland at some point down the road (with the added pull of being able to offer linking up with Bellingham again)
 
Well there's no use buying a 19 year old for 150m and then not having the money for the rest of team. I mean rival fans go on about Haaland moving on more often than the sun newspaper, they are absolutely obsessed with it. Any time he's mentioned on here someone bangs on about Real Madrid. He would cost an absolute fortune. There's a reason Salah stayed at Liverpool, traditionally a Spanish club would have whipped him away and Liverpool would have had £150m towards a rebuild and likely kept Mane. But no they are relatively broke to where they used to be. Yep Haaland might end up there one day, but it will absolutely break them on wages like Messi did Barca.

If Haaland was at your team at the end of the season and Madrid came knocking how much would you want? Start the bidding at 200m?

Well Mbappe was 145m euros and Neymar was 222m, so at least 200m.

The one thing I am certain of is that Haaland will move on, when and where and for how much I couldnt say but he will move on. Its not a matter of if its a matter of when. To believe otherwise is simply overdosing on copium :D

I'm not so sure. There are certain people that fit in the UK, British culture, they can hack the weather etc. He has a British passport, could have played for England :cry: His dad lives in Norway, not some exotic place.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's at City for 6/7 years. He's on a 5 year contract apparently, wouldn't be surprised that its extended in a couple of years, with a bit of bump in wages of course.

Could be, could well be at City for several years but still will move on at some point. He himself after all (when at Dortmund) said that its his dream to one day play for Real Madrid, so its clearly something he wants to do at some point. As I say, its a when not an if imo, I dont think we will be hitting 2037 and see a 36 year old Haaland still playing for Man City :)

By 2037 the oil money could have ‘moved on’ so there won’t be too many anybodies playing for city by then never mind haland!! (Wishful thinking maybe on my part ;) )

Thats a good point actually, by 2037 the world will be flooded and apocalyptic, so I dont suppose football will be terribly high on anyones agenda :)
