Wolfenstein: The New Order

Well uninstalled it now, ccompleted games are of no further use to me. Well worth the £25 :D

My TF2 Heavy appreciates the new wardrobe items too.
 
Started playing the game and it's really good fun.

Performance wise threw everything to Ultra and it looks pretty damn good. SLI does not work on my 780Tis but even single card locks out 60FPS with very little GPU usage. Smooth as butter.

game started ok with 14.4, i'm at London, so at least it's loading up, this is very similar to the original Fallout 3.

game looks better on this Console than it does on my Panasonic back at home, i suppose that 1080p isn't enough for such a huge screen

yes, whilst gaming it's easy, it's far easier than Borderlands or FC3.....it's if you die or reach the end of a level :mad:

what !!!!! you must have missed at least 1/2 of the game, because it has hidden secrets/achievements everywhere, how can you only play it once, this is a hell of a waste of money

Wish it would for me at Ultra, lags a lot and i have stutter. Running it on high atm and i have a full 60, with drops to 30fps in areas like the resistance base by where Anya sits. Other than that its good. Just dont inderstand why its running so smoothly for some people at Ultra, for me its a dissapointment :(

Uses so much VRAM too, it maxes my card! Considering my spec i should be mopping the floor with this game.

What clocks you running on the 780Ti? I run a modest +125 Core and +225 mem.
 
Never overlocked the 780s, its boost clock is at 1150Mhz. I shouldnt need to overlock anything, certainly aint touching my cards. Im running 1440p btw, Crysis 3 only takes up 1.8Gb of Vram on that also.

Just another poorly optimised game like the rest of them. You buy good hardware and get a kick in the nackers.

At 1920x1200 a GTX780 set at 60& power will max the game out, you need fast drives and memory for this game not GPU/CPU Grunt.

game installed on storage drive?

check where it is currently installed and where it states it will download and install when you click on it.

you may need to move it to where it says it will download and install it, or create new install directory and point it to where it currently is installed.

I disagree, it runs absolutely fine for me. Compared to many many other titles that are out there is runs amazingly.
 
I had no issues at 3440x1440 on Ultra settings. An initial issue with 1fps when looking at certain areas but the VF Cache setting set to 32 instead of 64 sorted that, made no visual difference.

Game installed on SSD with 16GB RAM although the game uses about 1.2GB of system RAM anyway so that is a non issue.
