Does anyone get an issue where the resolution sets itself to 640x480? I get it occasionally at start up, I assume it's some kind of handshaking thing with the LG OLED. A full restart sorts it.

The console turns the TV on, either via the controller or headphones. Hmmm, wonder if it's specific to either of those?

I had that on the rare occasion with my LG CX, not had it for a while now though, what I do is turn tv on "live tv", power on series x, wait 10 seconds or so, and then switch to the hdmi port for the xbox.
This so far has not resulted in the issue. I don't have any CEC control setup for my devices either as dislike everything powering on/off together.
If you do get the issue the fix is to disable/enable instant game response in the CX settings. No need to turn any device fully off.

Finally managed to get one (albeit with a forced bundle...) in-store at GAME about 40 minutes from my house. Website showed it had 'good stock' but upon turning up all consoles were somehow 'reserved'. Left my details in case of a cancellation, got home, had a phone call saying I could go and buy one. But only with two games, a controller, a charging dock thing and a month of gamepass.

Not strictly speaking, you are not forced to part with your money at all but it is super annoying.
Need some help finding good couch co-op games I can play with my boy. We've tried some through GamePass but think I need to spend some money. Most of them are good for a quick game but don't really hold your attention. The one we liked best on GamePass was A Way Out but it seems there isn't much else like that. We really liked Diablo 3, not as keen on Borderlands.

I got a bit irrate and the sales guy said he could 'knock 10% off the controller and a game' for me. £3 made all the difference when spending £600 to get a £450 console...
