Guys, got an offer for £25 off a Series X, with a 2 year warranty. Reckon we will see any better deals come Black Friday weekend?

I've already got controllers, rechargeable batteries and Gamepass so I'm kinda thinking this might be as good as it gets, as last few years I've not really seen money off, just bundled ****.

Right, so you can map it to any button or action, such as “record what happened” and “start stop recording “

Unlikely, especially as MS is rumoured to be putting up prices on its consoles, Games Pass etc soon ( probably after Black Friday/ Xmas ).

Enjoy. It’s a great console and doubly so for someone invested in the Xbox brand and more so if your circle of family/friends is on Xbox. I also think it’s a better form factor than the PS5, being more sleek and stylish.

Whilst my preference overall is PS5 so far in this gen (even though it’s fugly!), there’s no getting away from the quality package on offer with SX and Gamepass. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m hoping for some quality releases from Bethesda. I know they aren’t popular with many but Prey and Doom are two of my most favourite games in recent years.

I think it’s horses for courses and ultimately comes down to personal preference. For me personally the PS5 has clicked with me in a way the SX hasn’t. Some examples are the controller, the PS5 dashboard, the exclusives, and more recently the update to PS+ which I feel has a better offering of titles overall than SX GPU.

The SX is a great console and GPU has been at the forefront of a bit of a gaming revolution. Im hoping for some better exclusives from MS’s studios over the next year though as Sony have stolen the show in that regard.

Thanks for the recommendation! Like you, I wasn't expecting it to be much good but I was on it all night! Such a simple premise but highly addictive.
