Disagree, the bios is much more responsive.

I've just installed a Silver Arrow cooler on this board and according to the Asrock extreme tuner software the two PWM fans are running at full tilt (1300rpm) all the time. Do i need to alter a bios setting or something to activate PWM?
Thanks

Just installed my board with a 2700K and 16GB Corsair Vengeance.....
Fired up first time, went into bios enabled 4.6ghz overclock profile, ram XMP and booted straight into windows. (Didn't bother re-installing windows.)
Installed drivers, and then ran 20 rounds of Intelburntest before going back to work. CPU was getting 1.31v under load according to CPU-Z. Max core temp of 58C under a Phantek cooler.
It can't be this easy can it?
LOL - Sounds too good to be true mate, but yep - thats it!!!
For 4.8Ghz + you then have to enable PLL Overvoltage and mess with manual settings. For the lazy amongst you (me included tbh!) stick with the 4.6 profile and you can't go wrong - everything on AUTO (barr memory which should be on XMP) - enjoy.
Fan settings are in the HW Monitor section
Just a thought, if sometime I wanted to overclock, what other cooler would suite.
Thanks
I was running 4.6 with my Antec 620
