There is a slightly newer version available than the one linked earlier

Not sure what's changed but it's what I'm using on my Z77 Extreme 4

It might be because the BF3 is DX11. The 2500k IGP is only DX10.1. Also, its set to be off in the applications list.

On mine there's an option to show, show for a few seconds or hide in the "Main" tab

Yer its grayed out on mine and cant disable it.

Its an evaluation copy. So, many options are disabled.

It's the full version for me. Maybe it only fully unlocks on a z77 board and z68 gets a trial

Yup, its a BIOS licence. Only z77 has it.

Ivy bridge bios now out. http://www.asrock.com/mb/beta.asp?Model=Z68%20Extreme4%20Gen3 Its under beta tho.

A question about this bios, would you still update even if using an i5 2500k?

anyone gonna replace the i5/i7 with a ivy bridge? not really heard much about them..,... how much better will they be?

Am not so sure yet. Two main things for me better power consumption and better performance in games. if it fails at any of them I wont be upgrading.

Will be staying with my 2600k! It's more than enough for my needs.
