Para - you're looking good mate! Nice V going on there. I'm trying to broaden/open up my top back a bit more.
About 4 years, but only took it seriously for the past two. Too much eating like a small girl before I actually added some decent size.
I'm a power/Oly lifter, not really into bodybuilding but I try and maintain a v-taper and keep the stomach in control.

Any difference, i cant see much, i know its only been 2 months but oh well.

and the muscles on the side of my neck seem to have gone from dipping in to bumping out , dunno what they are though, there 2 changes i know of
