What film did you watch last night?

Dawn of the Dead. Thought this was supposed to be a classic? Slower than a zombie's shuffle and just as tedious. 2/10.

The Forgotten. I want to refrain from saying it's the "worst movie I've ever seen". But I didn think it was pretty bad... Just the plot went a bit "raaaaaahhhhhhhh" towards the end, as they tried to explain everything.

You mean the original 1985 version? Yep, that one was actually quite good. Some interesting ideas, sadly let down by amateurish SFX.

The 2008 remake is... best forgotten.

OMG HOW IS MARISA TOMEI 45!?

Was shot very differently to a lot of Hollywood productions. A lot more handheld shots and a lot less over the shoulder shots.

Rourke was incredible though as was Evan Rachel Wood who played his daughter.

A Peter Jackson I was surprised to read after. Good film, enjoyed it, death/heaven/70s teen murderer/US family drama.

I think I welled up at one point. Someone must have spiked my tea with oestrogen at work or something........

Please explain to me to me how the start is 'boring' / slow ? IMO it's anything but.
