How about those T-Bar pull things? I found they worked my upper quite well

Yeah might try those, i'll do a mix of rear pull downs and cable pull ups, with thr rows thown in, i alos love using the olly bar on this if im aiming for strength.
Anyway had a good leg session, im in two mind if i should do chest/tri/delts today instead of tomorrow seeing as work is hard hmm.
Ok just had a nose at t-bar. yup i also do those but i have to grip the oly bar, not sure if we have one of those t-bars
by the way, what is the reason for taking such medication?

First week back from holiday though after two weeks off, so think I'm going to be taking it a bit easy today. Still want to be at 150kg by Christmas though. Currently stuck at 130![]()
