*** The 2010 Gym Rats Thread ***

That's for lower back. Im after rhomboid/lats/scapula basically the whole upper back.

Did lat pulldowns and rows of course.

Ok just found rear pull ups.

How about those T-Bar pull things? I found they worked my upper quite well
 
Yeah might try those, i'll do a mix of rear pull downs and cable pull ups, with thr rows thown in, i alos love using the olly bar on this if im aiming for strength.

Anyway had a good leg session, im in two mind if i should do chest/tri/delts today instead of tomorrow seeing as work is hard hmm.

Ok just had a nose at t-bar. yup i also do those but i have to grip the oly bar, not sure if we have one of those t-bars

I just use my barbell and wedge it in a corner :p
 
Hi all looking to change my routine for a while, fancy a full body workout 3 times a week can anyone recommend any full body programs? looking to put on as much mass as possible over winter. :D

Starting strength with some assistance work thrown in?
Also if it's mass you're after I would look at layne nortons power/hypertrophy routine (although it is 5 days a week)

Hopefully do my pb this time sooner than liast time...Then I may be able to disassemble some of my barbels to get a little more weight on ;)
 
Am off down Cornwall for a week on Wednesday afternoon, so I'll be cramming a week's worth of working out in to 3 days......! Probably not a great idea, but I won't get to visit a gym until I get back :(

The break will do you good anyway, always good to get a short stop from the gym every now and then
 
Deadlifts for me today too!

First week back from holiday though after two weeks off, so think I'm going to be taking it a bit easy today. Still want to be at 150kg by Christmas though. Currently stuck at 130 :(
