What? You don't believe me? It was on twitter!

Just as you gave up with all the itk and twitter ********, Alpherah comes along and takes it to new extremes :o

I gave it up because it had become depressing. :p

We went from a mid-table club being linked to Eto'o and Figo to being a club just out of the CL and being linked to Parker and Cahill.

Not sure about Young, I think he's a good player but it depends how we're going to use him really. I just can't see Fergie playing two good wingers and two strikers.

If he is getting 120k a week he is going to be playing.

So I would suspect the team will be 4-3-3 from next season or 4-2-3-1 with no Berbatov or Valencia starting.
OR for some mental reason they might decide to sell Nani, keep Berbatov and just stick Young out wide left, Valencia wide right and stick with a 4-4-2, which would be the stupid thing to do.

Exactly, Hernandez, Rooney, Nani, Young and Berbatov just doesn't really fit into 3 positions. Can't imagine any of them being that happy with a bench spot.

if the berba contract talks break down and united end up selling him, could we see Forlan back in a united shirt? i have been reading that he wants a move back to the prem

Would love to see Forlan back at Old trafford, even if it was only for 1 season. I was disappointed when they let him go in the first place, as they didn't really give him a chance to show his full potential.

Dunno most top league scorers would want to do one after being left out of the squad completely for a Champions League final but Berbatov seems to be happy with a bench spot which I would imagine would be his role next season. Better having him there rather than buying someone to sit on the bench and hear about how they want to leave every 5 minutes in the media like a certain Argie we once had

Good ol' City. :p Suppose their line up is fairly solid. Balotelli being their star man IMO.
Tevez is the star man

We have no reason to sign anyone this summer really, there is no value in the market atm and there is no stand out player that is available that would be any significant improvement on what we have.

The key thing this year is cutting players like RSC, Bridge etc so the likes of Bunn/Roman can come through when needed.

Looking at your squad I'd suggest you need a right back and some more natural width that's actually talented - non? I don't really watch that much of City so I could (probably am) wrong.

OMG

Firstly Biz sounding like Fergie and secondly no value out there? Since when does value matter to City the club that spent just shy of £30m on James Milner.

And yes there are plenty of players out there who would significantly improve you especially when you have Lescott and Barry playing week in week out!

That said it does look like absolutely no one wants Tevez (cant blame them because he's a ****) so it does look like he'll be staying which will give you a chance of making the top 4 again.
