Back day.

Not been on creatine for 2 weeks now, I have my cheekbones back, and there are more striations on my delts!

May well be placebo, but it's certainly noticable.

oh, and it's amazing how much leg DOMs have increased throughout the day, jesus christ.

Got told to stop deadlifting in the gym by the manager who looks like he's never lifted a weight in his lift....


The rage this sent me into fueled a great session and a nice final deadlift set :D

5x 60
5x 80
5x 100
3x 127.5
3x 145 (He told me to stop here)
10x 162.5 - best form ever.....EVER! And there was more in the tank :)

mate i'm a manager at a big chain gym and a personal trainer running 14 sessions a day i know first hand deadlifts are one of the worst exercises you can perform second only to squats which destroy the knees if you go more than 45 degrees down if you want a strong back the best routine is to do dumbell rows supporting yourself with a swiss ball pm me for more information and personalised training routines
