Need a cable machine :(

I have a rowing machine...I'll put it on high resistance like ;)

I hope that winky was a joke :p

Always laugh at people with an ergo on high resistance. I'm sure they have their own plan but just stick it on 4/5 (On a concept 2) as that's as close to being on water as you'll get and the benchamark setting for ergo times.

Setting 10 doesn't mean you're some man god :D

ice I notice in your video you have a wider stance, which results in your knees being pretty much in line with your feet. Is this just personal preference or an overall better stance? I setup narrower and as a result I push my knees out and past my feet creating an outward angle.
