A guy I'm coaching is stubbornly sticking to DOH, but still managed a PB of 180kg (+15kg) on wednesdayI think his mixed grip PB is 140kg.
That's odd, but fair play for sticking too it, it is far more rewarding I guess. Progress just can be made a lot quicker by switching to mixed grip
