Next gen God of war will be sexual. Yep, actual sexual.

I mean God of war 3, and the new one ascension on PS3 hardware is mindblowing, So to give us a next gen God of war, I just dunno what to expect :D

Its getting me very giddy :D I was wonder what the next gen elder scrolls game will be like earlier, mainly after watching the Unreal4 engine video. I know elder scrolls wont use it, but still, We know it'll look fantastic.

Two things from this announcement that I hope won't happen:

1 - They focus on it being a TV/cable/internet/subscriptions/music playing media centre hub.

2 - They do a Nintendo and go all motion sensor and touch-screen crazy. I honesty couldn't care less about it. Games have always been about relaxing to me, the last thing I want to do is go waving my arms around while jumping up and down when I get home from work.

I read a report recently saying that the new Playstation will be about "new ways of playing games" and it scared me quite frankly. Of course we'll get the real facts tonight, but that combined with the reported lower price tag of £300 (even if it is a lesser model) aswell as the whole "surprise 20th Feb" thing. I'm getting images of a Playstion U in my head.
 
Gaikai isn't going to be used for new games. You can't get the clarity of local video over the internet. There is always going to be some degradation with compression.

I was wondering this, if they can get local servers and input\output speeds down to a minimum. The service could change a lot!

I just cant ever see the lag being so minimal it will replace owning a physical\digital copy though. I mean imagine playing Street Fighter 4 on a service like gaikai. I cant see it working.

But would they really show a new god of war before acension is out, would seem a bit silly to me! Maybe at e3 tho! I want infamous!

Naw I'm talking a proper remake for the next gen. Odds of this happening... Next to none I guess.

This, so seriously. Even if it had the animations and overall graphical quality of Final Fantasy XIII (would prefer the old combat and gameplay with materia over the Paradigm Shift obviously) I'd be in heaven. Though the Final Fantasy X and Kingdom Hearts HD remakes are keeping my anxiety fuelled as it is.
 
As others have said, a next gen God of War would send me into a frenzy but it's pretty unlikely. Failing that, I'd be pretty happy to see Killzone 4.
