What film did you watch last night?

I watched the Hateful 8. It was absolutely crap. QT needs to change his approach to making a movie instead of using the same, tired, two location shoot with the same actors.

Boring as ****.

I really enjoyed it.
If you don't generally like Tarantino's stage play style of film, or his dialogue (and mad love of the N word), then you won't like this.
I, however, do.

Bit long at over two and a half hours though.

Really enjoyed it, loved how he played both roles separately and was careful not to mix them. Only issue for me was it felt a bit slow at times, really enjoyable though well worth a watch

Star Wars Episode IV

What a classic, 8/10. I wish I was around to see it when it was released, it would have blown minds! Shame about the added CGI, but it is still a great story.

(I had to re-watch it after seeing episode VII on the weekend)

I agree completely

I've read the book, which is obviously different. But there's a humanity to Watney in the book which doesn't come across in the movie at all. A much better feeling of isolation too.

My wife and I really enjoyed this film. Excellent acting from JK Simmons and really does have you hanging on every last word. Pretty intense in places.

Exactly what you'd expect from Sorkin. It's Sports Night, Studio 60 and The Newsroom if you put Steve jobs in a dressing room behind the stage. I left out The West Wing as at least it did a couple of things different, even if was essentially the same.

(One only needs to look on the imdb forums to see the hatred and bigotry)

But completely "Dowton Abby ied" to appeal to US audiences.... Fact Both main Characters in this film were underground junkies...

Have watched quite a few recently.

Kingsmen - Really enjoyed it. Colin Firth was fantastic as was Michael Caine. Very funny.
The Martian - Expected this to be a very serious heavy film, so was pleasantly surprised to find it was a comedy. We all enjoyed this.
Spectre - As far as Bond films go it was 'alright' - Not bad but far from brilliant. It did have the right amount of cheese though which I enjoyed

Tonight we've got the Man from U.N.C.L.E - been wanting to see this for a while
