Indeed, not everyone is an electrical engineer and understands the finer points of the board capabilities, especially with power phases and benefits of a certain VRM layout and why specific components are chosen, especially on the high-end boards where the price less relevant than making it 'the best'. I do think that when you start seeing and hearing people parroting what has been written for them you can tell that it is not their own words, and doesn't fit with the style of writing or talking at their normal level or capability with that subject. I also think that it should be disclosed in any review written or spoken, which aspects are given on a plate vs. the facts and opinions of the reviewer, after all there are objective and subjective points in all reviews, but it is good to know what is what.
