According to the usual suspects, the fact this guy wasn't there brings the whole testimony of the lady involved into doubt. Now we're establishing that she never ever claimed he was there?
It's clear that none of us can ascertain whether or not the case constitutes rape in any legal sense. We simply don't have the facts available to us.
The only thing I can be sure of, is that the judgement of the men involved was woefully lacking in integrity. It was a vile act to involve themselves in, regardless of whether it was 12 or 11 involved.
As was stated previously, this thread has been very uncomfortable to follow. Some of the attitudes have been disgusting. There are those who have treated it like conversational combat, and to be fair they troll almost every thread like that so they're more to be pitied than laughed at. However, there have been a few who have displayed sinister attitudes toward women and the subject of rape... Even watching videos of alleged gang rape in order to make a judgement on whether the female involved is enjoying herself or not... WTF?
