Ditched the wraps a while ago and started working on my form more using lighter weights, decided to go heavy today for the first time in 5 weeks and surprised myself. Thanks Ice! ;)
 
etom -------------- 130 / 140 / 230 --------- [96] ----- 500

got an extra 10kg on my deadlift today with 230, tried 240 and failed! feel i got 235 within me at the moment though!

Did some 1RM test just to see how I stand before my holiday and how things are after my AGVT.

Squats:

140x3
150x3
160x3
165x2
170x2
175 - was all fine, but felt happy to leave it at that at the moment.

Deadlifts:

180x3
190x3
200x2
205x2
210 - left it at that for moment was still fried.

Bench:

80x3
90x3
100x3
110x2
115x2
120 - again enough.

I have more in the tank, I probably have 180+ for squats, 220 for deads, and perhaps 130. However 505kg for the moment is good. When I get back from my hols, I'll get a few more done with some joocy vids.:)

Gives me something to work on when I Get back from hols. I want to get back to 550kg by the end of the year. :)

hhhmm, never read this thread before. Stats below. To be fair these are my 5x5 lifts but I have never tried to find my 1RM. Might do now just for the fun.

Still at the bottom of the table but better than they were 5 months ago!
