It's a shame AMD didn't have a better handle on their stock and pricing situation but alas, that is what happens when you have to supply 80% of your hardware to the consoles and **** all control or rather a **** poor site which allowed "bots" to easily get the cards for MSRP....
Was tempted to sell the 3080 to cex at those crazy prices but money would have just sat in the bank doing nothing else, that and been some epic games so far with more to come later in the year, mainly dying light 2.... Personally can't see myself upgrading for about another 2 years, don't mind when the time comes to having to turn down a couple of settings to maintain 60+ fps, but with dlss being added to more games and engines these days and whatever the "open source" solution happens to be, I can see nvidia and amd cards having more/better longevity going forward.
