You cant just look at your breakfast calories in isolation though (for me anyway).
I find that if i skip breakfast, i'm so hungry by lunchtime that i eat a huge amount more than i otherwise would.
So the extra few hundred calories in the morning actually saves me more than that later in the day.
Well that's because it's what your body is used to. If Rusty_Noob is used to not eating breakfast, he's fine to continue doing so. Personally I don't eat breakfast and don't find myself getting hungry until about 1230-1300, get up around 0800 and last meal is 2000 the night before.
