Why did the US not blow all this stuff up by grouping it together in one compound?
Is that where they paint some really nasty pictures of us?
A good chunk of it was Afghan forces stuff which was rapidly acquired by the Taliban - in some cases whole bases just deserted.
Because it's Afghan kit, not owned by the US. The US took their weapons with them, and disabled any aircraft they left behind.

That's missing the point, if it was the US's then it would have been theirs to do what they like with.
A lot of the equipment are hand-me-downs, HMMWVs and M16A2s, stuff the US doesn't use any more or is phasing out. They don't want it back. I presume your proposal is for the US to launch thousands of air strikes to try and destroy stuff? For what benefit?
The Taliban have already 'won', and they used their existing equipment to do it.

It's only a matter of time before the US and West need to go back in and that would be easier without better equipping the enemy!
