I'll have to have a go at this! ThanksI’ve only done it with carrots, spuds and parsnips, but it’s super quick and easy.
Just slice them as thin as you can or use a mandoline, soak in cold water, dry, then spray with oil and air fry.

How do you clean the baskets(?)? Or do they just end up with baked on oil/grease like a normal oven that isnt cleaned properly everytime it is used?
