Air fryers

Right, I've done it. I'm going all in!

Ordered a Ninja DT200 and an OL750. Hopefully can rip the oven out at some point and be done with it.

Cheapest prices I've found with stock was Ninja direct for the DT200 at £230 and Argos for the OL750 at £250.

Considering we needed a new oven anyway, hopefully I've done the right thing.

They've both arrived now. Main oven has been removed.

Did fish and chips in it last night as a trial run. Fantastic!

got the ninja foodi max pro a few days ago and been smashing it everyday.

done marinated chicken, steaks, chips, even home made pizza, cooked breakfast on it too.

got a full chicken in there at the moment to follow with the roasties :)

I have the little brother [AG551UK] of that model bought June last year and am still blown away at how much these things can do.

It even does Picanha steak perfectly time after time with the probe cooking.

Recommend an air fryer for a single bloke...

I've posted on this thread before about cheaper air fryers, but I'm tempted to splurge some more cash based on the reviews.

I live on my own, so don't need to roast whole chickens etc. But I want something that does more than just chips.

The Ninja Foodi AG551UK gets well reviewed (at £200 (!) from Argos), but given my limited volume for meals are there other recommendations?

My 5.5L Cosori is more than enough for me on my own.

I’m not a big cooking guy personally so I mainly use it for bacon, pastry and chicken.

Got our Ninja AF400 on Friday. Quite impressed with it so far. As others have illuded too, apart from much larger meals i.e Xmas i can't see us using the oven a great amount more.

Did our roast on Sunday with a whole chicken on one side/roast potatoes on the other and veg on the gas hob. Worked perfectly and didn't feel like a compromise in terms of quality of cooking/taste compared to roasting. Glad we got a 2 drawer model for usability.

same here, you should try some home made pizza too, nice and thin base on air fry works very well.
