It's very hard to give an accurate opinion on how i'd feel. I think i'd be inclined to think that yes there were mistakes and perhaps they could have been saved but it's time to let go, nothing is going to be changed and it's been such a long time.
Didn't 'the truth' get brought up last month with some documents which the unbearable Hillsborough lot furiously denied? They want 'the truth' but seemingly can't handle it very well.

And no, the truth didn't get brought up last month. The leaked document was the opinion of one person at the time. That opinion has since been proven to be factually wrong.

As you said SOME (not all) documents were leaked and they highlighted information that was passed to the Cabinet from the Police. This information has been rules as incorrect and inaccurate by both the Government at the time and subsequent enquires. However, many questions still remain unanswered and those documents have never been made public.

Putting the Alan Davies comment aside for one moment, I couldn’t think of a more fitting and moving way to commemorate the lives of those lost at Hillsborough than to have played the Semi on the anniversary date, against Everton of all teams. I’m sure that everyone, including the FA, would have seen the occasion as appropriate. It’s a unique opportunity missed in my opinion.
I know it sounds quite harsh, but it is a sad fact that life does go on. Nearly all of us here have been or will be effected by bereavement at some stage. It doesn’t mean that anyone has to forget but I’m sure the families would rather their loved ones are remembered graciously and respectfully rather than marred with controversy and although Alan's comments were arguably wrong, the reactions doesn't help or solve anything.
Go back to Alan’s comment. I can appreciate what he was trying to say and everyone has a right to an opinion but it was delivered inappropriately and disrespectfully. His comments towards Kenny Dalglish were shocking. There are always better ways of putting your point across.

I personally don't believe Liverpool should have a choice. They should play whatever dates they are assigned even if that includes the 15th. By refusing to play on this date it does affect others.

AD's tone wasn't the best, but he had valid points.
If anything Liverpool should play the game in memory of what happened, dedicate it to those who died. If you say no we don't want to play it because of what day its on, fine you forfeit the game, counts as a loss.

And every set of fans have their scum, but do single out Liverpool fans, I mean you think completely idle death threats are anything compared to the **** that actually goes on outside the stadiums, particularly certain european games.
You seriously think any of those I'm going to hazard a guess and say teenage brats would have the brain power to let alone find Alan Davies but actually do anything?
