Everytime I try to start the game I get "Failed to start Game (Missing executable)"

Take it I will have to reinstall? will leave it until morning

Stupid pre load has forced the game to install on my ssd :C drive - I wanted this on my 1tb HHD.

Anyone know if I can move this without mklink or re-downloading ?

Y'know... you gotta love James Cameron for inventing (assuming he did) the motion tracker. Single-handedly it's making this video game more intense than it probably should be. I just have it out all the time! Watching things move away from me in the most sporadic fashion is making this late-night gaming affair all the more suspenseful!

I had the same issue, so I restarted steam. Steam then downloaded a small amount more, and it was fine after that.

Just start the install off on the drive you want it on. Once you know it's on the right drive close Steam and put your old files into the newly created folder.

Restart Steam. It should figure it out.
