However, it’s really disappointing witnessing a $1500 GPU that just came out being unable to run a game in 4K/60fps. Of course, this could be fine if Watch Dogs Legion was a truly next-gen game, however, it’s actually a cross-gen game. Well that backfired faster then I thought in the media A newly released next gen gpu that cost $1500 cannot play a newly release cross gen game at 4k/60. That's not a next gen game. Ouch!!!

Talk about a fine line in saying "current" games. Current as in a few months ago. ROFL. Poor 3070!!!!

Hang on the Xbox Series X is rubbish cos it can only do Legion at 4k/30FPS ;)

So the big Kahuna 3090 cant even manage 60FPS @ 4K Either WITHOUT Raytracing and DLSS... lmao

Some people in this thread harping on about Xbox Series X RT performance now look a bit ridiculous.

Folks here seem to be forgetting that there's at least 1 card in +/- 5% of 3080 (going by the Zen 3 tease). Then someone posts a random Chinese post and the thread goes bonkers.

Here's a pricing scenario:

SKU1
-5 to 10% 3080 will be launched at $599
-10 to -5% $549

SKU0
10% to 25% 3080 should be a reasonably high price
25%+ this would be in the eye watering territory

Edit: cleansed sku names to avoid anchoring

At least half the active posters on this thread carry a torch for NVIDIA. 4k30fps is the way it's meant to be played, unless AMD do it then it's garbage

I got nothing to say on the old consoles.

Its comparing apples to oranges. If you guys want to continue to try and compare cross platform performance, crack on.

I am interested in PC performance, and i dont game at "console" pre-sets.
