Haha, it's true.. Oh well the Australian's have it worse than us. Their prices are literally rip off shockingly bad.

With these price leaks and Gibbo saying people will be happy with price, my bet is on,

290X coming in from £450+. Crazy to think of £450 being a good price lol.

I would much prefer £300 - £350 :p
 
Gibbo's announced the cards go live at 5AM tomorrow in the latest deals and announcements section.

Yeah the Australians have it really bad for pretty much anything, spiders, snakes, crocs. You can keep your 40c sunshine with those fella's crawling about.
 
I reckon they will be ~£500 with the 290 at ~£400.

Nvidia will then drop the 780 to ~£400 after xmas to compete with the 290 and release the 780ti at ~£550 and they will probably make sure it beats a 290x.
 
As long as the price isn't too ridiculous (£500+) I'll be interested....
But only if it's a big improvement when gaming at 2560x1440.

I think £499+, I also wouldn't be surprised if the brands that have been identified as Hynix come with a premium over those with Elpida.
