Nope, My brothers rig is the duel 980 rig, My current 980 is literally on loan from his rig while he's working away, He has 2 x 980's 1 of which I'm borrowing and he's back early next week so a new GPU is in order for me i.e 295X2

Similar to the 7990 though 295x2 actually works properly. Think they debuted around £900 and a few months later were going for around half price.

I have exactly the same including the MO-RA3! Just need the active back plate..

This is why I always tend to wait to get the higher end stuff, Wait until it's nearly EOL and get a bargain

idk if its the active backplate or what but at the current state when i only have 2x240 EK coolstream PE and the water temp gets to 33C while running furmark, the VRM temps are max 53C which is quite impressive considering the mentioned facts

I still have CPU spikes in BF4 and I tired witcher 2 and that crashes after first cut scene

So as I wanted my 295x2 to be "singleslot" all over so I bought EK-VGA I/O bracket HD7990 SE to see if it fits 295X2.

I can confirm that it fits it!

I have just changed it from stock one to EK 7990 one. It looks awesome
(If anyone wonders its black nickel plated steel and it shines nicely)
