AMD Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000) - *** NO COMPETITOR HINTING ***

You don't coz you don't play games which is something you say here a lot.
Anyway needing fastest ram to be able to game at decent framerates is just laughable...
I play WoW Division2 well finished at 270 hours in 1.5 month and Monster hunter world that I finished around 280hours in a month. Not had Any frame drops or hickups on my 2700x while running 3533cl14.
I got 2 weeks of work to play wow classic 16-18 hours a day every day. My Holidays in Azeroth cant wait.

Sa I said Sell Amd platform buy intel cause Amd cant offer what You seek.

I'm still surprised there is such complexity to get such good gains in RAM space.
Theer is no complexity if You have Memory kit on samsung B die hes on some cheap hynix ram... One month in owning Ryzen 1700x and 3 memory kits later i knew that im wasting time and money and invested in Bdie single rank kit.
@z10m dont expect much if You wont get latency sub 70ns.

Ah right. So b die is the one still? 8pack is good stuff.

I know right.? With Intel it's set and forget but with ryzen.? I feel that it'll take so much tweaking that by the time I have it all nailed it will be time to upgrade again.. :p

I'ts always been when did that changed ?? Only change is that other kits can actually WORK AT ALL with Ryzen but to get Low latency ?? Thats impossible on any other DDR kit. You can go FAST on Microns E die and good one at that but Latency still will be crap compared to cheapest Bdie.

Tomorrow I'll try low ram clock with lowered timings with high infinity fabric clock.
LTT found out that it can work great...

By the way the motherboard I'm running it on is the MSI X470 Gaming Pro with latest bios and the CPU is cooled by custom loop with 360 + 120 radiators..

So basically even with 2133Mhz RAM if you run the CPU's Infinity Fabric at 1800 or 1900Mhz you get similar performance as running 3600Mhz RAM.

Infinity Fabric clocks are key, more so than the RAM speed, and even if on a lower end B350 motherboard like mine, which doesn't have IF settings in the BIOS, Ryzen Master does.

Linuses video is kinda bullshiiet not enough data like Memory latency on them settings ect.

THIS IS how You make video with numbers... LOADS OF NUMBERS!!!!

Might have to go and remove CPU cooler, etc. so that I can switch my RAM to B1/B2 in my MB. Tried everything but don't seem to go above 3200. Quality of RAM is 92% according to DRAM calculator and import from Thaiphoon...(TeamGroup 8 pack 3600 c16 2 x 8gb). Potential is 3620 C14 apparently.

Where are they now? my Taichi x570 is A2 and B2 for dual channel, B1 and B2 would be single channel. Your board is also recommends A2 and B2 for dual channel.

After the 300th "Like" in the first 5 minutes.....had to turn it off.

Crutch word shaming :p

Virtually everyone is at it with unscripted speaking unless they've had training or experience in avoiding that.

Although I do somewhat agree that "like" is particularly unclassy if used to fill the pauses between anything meaningful you're saying.

Yes, I mean move from A1/B1 to A2/B2 (I think!). I have it in 1st and 3rd slots and think it should be in 2nd and 4th...

True, I couldnt present to save my life. That particular crutch really does get my goat.
