AMD Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000) - *** NO COMPETITOR HINTING ***

Interesting observation on the 3600 vs 9600K CS:GO benchmarks...
At 1080p the 3600 was comfortably ahead, yet at 1440p in the demo the 9600K had the higher framerates, even if only marginally.
What could cause a CPU that wins at 1080p to not win at 1440p...? I don't think either are hitting a GPU bottleneck there.

For what it's worth and most peeps on here ignore me anyway.......................probably ram. I'll leave it at that and let everyone pile in.

at that price shiets not gonna be selling simple as that cause
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/kfa2...ddr6-pci-express-graphics-card-gx-09z-kf.html

and its got good cooler not that trash blower that will be yet again like this remember 290 was 250w tdp....

at klest they could have went with some nice cooler on them cards...

It won't sell because people much like yourself have decided it won't. You have made 3 reasons why the Nvidia card is what you would choose when 2 of them have been rendered moot.

Is this a CPU thread or what?

Back on topic: is it just me or is the 3800x fare very well against 3900x gaming-wise? Could be the go-to option unless you're a streamer.

Well show us games that put strain on 9900k... And since 3800x is basically that performance then You ahve an answer.

Due to the vast amount of frames in CS:GO the CPU has to prepare, at 1080p the 9600K might be thread-bottlenecked.
