elite just says DrMOS...so could be either...

lower load % through the VRMs = lower VRM temps.Who the hell needs 600A anyway you aren't LN2'ing the thing.
Man Do You realise MATRIX is 20 years old this week ?? That made me feel old and watch MAtrix decoded edition yesterday. Fantastic fan editGetting old, was thinking 2020 is miles away, it’s only next year.
one would have thought so...but clearly the board manufacturers have been failing at it for the past few years lol!I mean a cheapo VRM heatsink isnt that hard to add

I think I can do without PCIe 4.0, so will be going with X470 and putting the extra cash into a better GPU. Hopefully some early reviews will test the new processors in the older mobos.
Genuine questionAgree that it’s overkill in terms of power max delivery, but if you spread the load it’ll be cooler and more efficient.

So what makes the Ryzen 3600/X and 3700/X series worth buying over a 6 or 8 core Intel 8/9 K series as it seems the Ryzen setup will be more expensive.Intel peeps with this setup can skip this gen of Ryzen it seems.
The 12 and upcoming 16 core seem great if more cores is your jam.
