im going to do gaming bench marks that stress the cpu not the gpu then benches bf1 in single player !!!! why does every reviewer not bench mp in 64

Because not everyone is trying to come at this from a point of view as how to best undermine AMD.

Welcome back AMD!

Looks like, for my usage at least, that AMD is now a serious prospect for my upgrade in June. Will be interesting to see how Intel respond or if Ryzen performance, esp in games, improves bewteen now and then.

For now though, I reckon a Ryzen 1700 + x370 mobo is in my future!

Because you can't reliably replicate conditions across multiple run-throughs of MP benchmarking.

I've just read through the entire Anandtech article on it including the benchmarks. Guess who does lots of AES encoding / decoding on their home computer? Me! I do lots of AES encoding / decoding on my home computer.

Looks like Ryzen for me!
