An Elder Scrolls: Oblivion thead

You do know the easiest way to sort this simply buy the Retore spells and the Cure Disease spell. (So many noobs ;) ) You'll never need an alter again and you can even prevent becoming a Vampire with the Cure Disease spell.

Where can I pick these lovely items up? (Azura's Star + Umbra)
Spolier:
They're rewards for deadric shrine quests. You get Umbra from the shrine of Clavicus Vile (if you choose not to give it back to him, it's up to you), and Azura's Star from the shrine of Azura, unsurprisingly :p.

The shrine of Clavicus Vile is west of Imperial City, in the Great Forest, just southeast of the road to Skingrad. The shrine of Azura is in the northeastern most part of the map, north of Cheydinhal, in the hills.

Activating the main alter in a church can restore any attribute damaged or reduced by any spell or disease. Not come up against the "governing attribute" issue, so I'm not sure about that one.

M

A nice pray sorted me out, thanks all!

I can no longer level up even though I still have a some major skills to finish off. I'm lv 47 and (I get perfection can not be improved upon) everytime I rest. I'm guessing this is because all my attributes are 100. I can't level anymore. :( :(

Perhaps a trip to jail is in order - it should knock an attribute down. Although you are near the lvl caps dependent on your character choice.

I thought jail only lowered skills not attributes. I'm gonna have to go find out.

I need some help.

I just started the game. I'm out of the dungeon now the the amulet thingy. I wandered around for an hour and killed some people and went in a Bandits dungeon. Now excuse me for asking but what on earth do I do?

You may be able to tell but I haven't played an RPG before.

Its up to you, you can ethier start the main quest or run about visting and dicovering strange new places, to boldly go where no one has gone before......oops wrong game. ;) But its the same thing visting the towns look for quests (talk to all the NPCs)

Maybe that's where I went wrong. I was stabbing them. Hardly my fault. The first other NPCs I come across apart from the kings/blades just ran at me and attacked me.

At least now I have there shiny two handed claymore.

First place I went is the Imprial City as it's the nearest town when you start.

Yeah, but I ran away and I'm now in a town made of wood. Time to steal a horse and try not to get captured.

Why not just bring the map up and fast travel to the town of you choice. You don't need to have visited a town first before you can fast travel to them like you have to with all other locations.

That would explain a lot. That should make things less tedious.

You can make one when u have joined the arcane uni (mage guild) or im sure that the staff shop in the main city sells them as well.

I'm the arch mage but where can I get one made at the Arcane uni? Couldn't see one in Rindir's Staffs either. Note I am only level 6, can you only get it at a certain level?

follow main quest (view diary/quest log) or do mini-quests, or do both. you need to find Martin.

Seen as I could have gone up another five levels but are unable to due to beng God. I'll go back to lv 46 as I back up every perfect level up and from there on put only 1 point in personalty that should let get over level 50 easy and I will still be able to get personalty back up to 100 again as it was 95 at lv 46.

Am I the only sado who plans every level up to the tiniest detail to get perfection? hehe :-D
