Did any one who ordered from the £24.99 place get theres this morning?

I did, been playing all day.

£24.99 for the CE PCDVD

arrived a day before official release.

Cant ask for more then that.

OMG i was underwhelmed at the start in the jail but get outside and walk about find towns etc, this game is huge I can see myself getting lost in this for some time and the visuals are lush, got it running great now, had the start button keep flashing up think it was laggy game out seems fine now

Runs terribly for me, i do have high standards though, cant play games without AA and it has to be silky smooth.

Not getting that on an Opteron 146 @2.5, 7800 GTX 256mb and 2Gb OCZ RAM.

in 1024x768 all on High with or with AA it feels choppy. Not that impressed with how it looks either....

It looks and runs fantastic for me, 4x aa and all on high @ 1280x1024. X850 XT with latest Omega Drivers and 1gb ram. Very pleasantly suprised by how well it runs, I was expecting it to look amazing but run like a bag of spanners (a common trend lately)

I joined the Dark Brotherhood and just got a scary looking steed as a reward for a mission, loving the game so far. I've spent about 8 hours in the game and haven't even considered the storyline quest.

Well got that CCleaner and it gave me this.

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 1.80 GHz, 512MB RAM, NVIDIA GeFORCE Fx 5900 xt

so you reakon I can play oblivion? not botherd about it being super good looking, just wanna be able to enjoy a good in depth RPG.

And thanks for the offer of help Yewen.

This game is so amazing. I am playing as an dark elf assasin. I have tried warrior and mage, its like three seperate games. The best thing about it is how random things happen to you - it seems like if you going looking for trouble, you wont have as much fun if you just play along and see what happens to you! :)

The draw distance is pretty poor compared to what i thought it would be like. Inside dungeons looks nice. But outside, sometimes it looks awful, even with draw distance on everything max.

Plus, the game runs terribly for me.. absolute joke, i really want to enjoy it, but cant when im getting 20 FPS

Why is everyone giving a damn what it looks like, its a rpg, so its main party piece will be its story, or you playing a role, not like a FPS where all that matters is it looks good.

Minimum everything and I would not care if it played as well as transport tycoon.

Graphics = 1 hour of WOW this rules!
Gameplay = 10 years playing and not got bored (transport tycoon although Baldurs Gate and other infinity engine titles are getting there)

hey u dont need 60+ fps its fine at 25-30 really its hardly fast paced fps

and hey yes the gameplay is important , but guess what it DOES LOOK AWSOME

Probably on it's lowest settings I think the CPU lets you down though!

right I have got to a spot and my fps dipped so i tried at differnt rez

1680x1050 = 19fps
1280x1024 = 20/21 fps
1024x768 = 22/23fps
640x480 = 25fps

does this mean its cpu limited or card?

OK, I got that nvidia "fix" working now (it was me being silly) and it works great - really smooths things out. The only downside is that vsync has to be off for it to work - so then you get tearing :( I also found turning triple buffering on in the Det drivers helped noticeably as well.

As already said, you don't need 100fps in this game at all. Outside I'm averaging about 35fps - the lowest it drops to is around 18fps. That's at 1024x768, 2xAA, medium textures, tree shadows on, max draw distance.
