Can't believe I dont have this yet, pre-ordered it expecting it to come through today and it hasn't hope it arrives tomorow :/

same here :( it was posted wednesday too, they never seem to arrive on the release date for me, i was hoping to get to grips with it tonight, but alas, one way or another i shall get it tomorrow!, even if it means buying it from a shop

My PC was running everything great until I visited the swamp area down in the South East which really kills my FPS. Have HDR on but changing to bloom doesn't make much difference down there even without AA so I reckon it's my AMD64 3000+ choking my 7800GT. Upgrade time soon.

But what a game! Only part that has dissapointed is the UI which is just awful but everything else is fantastic, well worth the wait. Already planning my next character.

I hope it's not the processor, that's what i'm using at the moment with a 7900GT. But i'm getting an opteron 170 in just over 2 weeks :D

The UI was desgined with the xbox 360 in mind IIRC, so that's why you may find it a bit crap if you're playing it on the PC.

Has anybody noticed a problem with shadows interior and exterior which are altered by sliders.
With mine I first noticed a white horse that looked like a Zebra as the shadows wrapped around it in bands, I also get nasty looking shadows on peoples faces.
If I turn the shadows off it's fine but even 1 notch on the sliders brings the problem back.

Am running maxed out other than those two settings, changing between HDR and AA makes no difference :(

Mine was pre-ordered in November , I got an email on wednesday night saying "posted".....IT'S NOW SITTING ON TOP OF MY TELLY AT HOME :D

Shame I'm stuck in work til 7 this evening! :(

i think its cpu limited too

1680x1050 = 19fps lowest
640x480 = 25fps lowest

Turn off the self casting shadow option m8, it should fix it

Trying to find some fish in the lake for some bloke, but unable to see very well under water.

Why is this?

Maybe it is your class? I tried that quest.... But ive got bonebreak, and the item i need to cure it is 240 gold roughly. So the fish kill me too quickly.

ummmmmmmmm, I think this is one for the cuboard, when a couple of next genaration gfx cards and cpu's have past i'll pull it out and play it how it's supposed to played, pathetic seriously, we haven't had one pc game that runs well since farcry and that was like 2 years ago, and since then gfx's have hardly improved that much yet we needed systems twice the power even to get 30fps, I've ******* had enough of being taken of ride with the pc games market at the moment, to top it off the one game I was really looking forward to, UT2007, i,ve recently heard that as it stands at the moment you need quad sli just to pull 40-45 fps, what the hell is going on, I,ve been playing games on the pc for over 10 years, it's never been this bad before.
