I also run at 1080p. I could have bought the game on my PS4 Pro but since the missus hogs the TV during evenings I'd have no playtime as a result. I tend to ramp up all the details but drop shadows to normal or low, along with motion blur set to off (if option exists). AA I don't care about much so I leave it at 2x or the lowest setting too.
I've not overclocked that 1070 yet. Still marvelling at having a card that is totally silent and doesn't even go beyond 60c on load!
Good choice IMO, you'll easily be able to get 60fps with really decent settings going by Origins unless they screw up the optimisation. It'll look and run better than on consoles with this sort of hardware.
I have a Pro as well but I'm getting this on PC. The 1070 is still very capable, even at 1440p. I wanted to upgrade to 1080Ti but they're so expensive I can't justify it with how little I play at the moment, especially with all the great console titles around I haven't yet finished.
