I'm surprised Mr Orange came on at all. As above he won't be back until he can give us some good news, I suspect that won't be any time soon.

There is another shipment on the way this week, more stock than last time but not by a huge amount.

Doing what I can to get the attention of people in HQ, disparity in stock has been highlighted as has posts of displeasure in this thread.

As I'm sure you can all understand this won't change overnight, but hopefully we'll be able to address this sooner rather than later.
 
Hi thanks mr orange for the update just one question, when you say there is another shipment on the way is that expected to arrive before Christmas or are we talking the new year now?
 
Great news just had a shipping status from overclockers looks like they have had some new stock in today glad I held out in the end....
 
Tbh last week I was so tempted to cancel my order as well I was only holding off to this week in case some more news came through, gives me something to do over Christmas now, talk about coming through at the last minute.
 
Just cancelled my board today as I was told there was still no shipping date.

Did you get a estimated date or told what position in the queue you were at? And for those who get their mobos, could you post what position in the queue you were at so we know how many are getting theirs, etc?
 
I was second in the queue so someone most have got one before don't know how many they have had in or even if it is the boards that Mr Orange was on about earlier.

Damage has already been done. I wont be buying Asus hardware again for a good few years. The way you have treated the UK market is disgusting seeing that you can deploy 1000's of motherboards to everyone else across the planet. Your RMA process and customer sucks bigtime, worst out of any retailer, so there is nothing i will buy from Asus in the near future or distant as a matter of fact.

Just had news that there are multiple shipments coming over the next week or so, and in much bigger numbers than before.

Certainly enough to satisfy all pre-orders on the RIVBE, plus extra. Again apologies this has taken so long, we're taking steps to avoid this in future.
 
Positions up to 21shipped. So position 6 could have been position 6 after the original amount went which would mean you would have had your board. Another 70 units here before the new year likely in dribs and drabs, another 5 units here today. with essentaily anywhere from 4 units upwards landing every other day or so by the looks of things until we have our full order fulfilled.

Can I ask if Asus will be improving the customer support in the near future to bring it in line with the other major players, you make some fantastic products let down by CS.
Maybe put a survey on the forums to see exactly what needs to be improved and actually impliment what is being said. I'm sure you have a huge market share, so why not make it bigger??? And please the PC community in Doing so, win win all round.

really? i was position 19 last friday, and i did not receive any mail regarding shipping, and i have no order status in my account...

any idea Andrew?

The thing is you could have 1million boards on there way, people are still not going to get them before Christmas day. Also people have had to change there orders because of the lack of stock. Like i said the Damage is already done, its a shame you didnt do this a month ago as you may have saved some grace.

This has been asked of Asus 100's of times before and although they had a 5 day turnaround for RMA it didnt last long as there know back to square one regarding RMA. You wait weeks to hear anything if you even hear anything at all. Dont waste your breath Nickolp as nothing will happen to improve CS or there RMA process.

I was told yesterday afternoon that there was no delivery date so I cancelled mine.....seems to be a lack of communication somewhere.
