if i dont get it thursday it will be tuesday then wont it?

It depends when it is collected; if you mean the Tuesday of next week (26th May) then you should get it back on Thursday 28th, but if for some reason they didn't despatch the replacement until the Thursday (although there is no reason why they should need an extra day) then you wouldn't receive it until the following Monday, as Friday is another Bank Holiday, as of course is Monday 2nd May!

However I am sure you will have it all rebuilt and up and running again long before then! :)

Well. No email or anything from asus saying rma denied, assuming they got it today that is. Half expecting to get it back tomorrow with a letter spouting bs as to why it was denied. Pessimism for the win =\

Does anyone know if Asus/UPS give you a return tracking code? or will the new board simply just turn up at your door?

My B2 board is out for delivery today so im hoping Asus will ship a new B3 board today or tomorrow,so hopefully i should have a new board by Friday

Please, please, please will people just read back for at least a couple of pages in this thread before posting, as exactly the same questions are being asked (and answered!) over and over again!

We love you all really, but it is also making the thread much longer (and therefore 'harder' to read) than it needs to be! :D

i genuinley don't think Asus do anything other than open the box, check to see that there's actually a mobo in there, then release the replacement board & tick your name off the "to do" list. :)

For anyone who wants to check if they are due for a delivery today, the quickest way is to telephone Asus UK on 01442 202 700, and ask to speak to someone on the Sandy Bridge motherboard replacement team.

They should be able to give you a UPS tracking number which you can enter into ups.com to find out the status of your replacement board.
