Received my pre paid shipping label today, took 14 days after filling out the form on the ASUS website.

Its getting picked up tomorrow, going to keep the SATA cables I think (as I think its pretty shocking they they only supplied 4).

Running from my P8Z68-V Pro now, which I received yesterday so no down time for me :)

My label arrived yesterday but I'm still nto sure what i'm going to do with this board. The dodgy ports on mine are now actually having the problem that they have been recalled for which I was surprised at considering the low % chance of failure. However now that its Sunday and that Monday is bank holiday the earliest I can get it picked up will be Tuesday even if I manage to get through to book it. Then i'm off work from the 1st until the 18th and tbh I don't want to be left waiting for ages like some people appear to have been with no board at all especially if I'm not at work!

So I'm still weighing up whether to buy another board and sell the return when it comes. The thing that I like about the P8P67 Pro is that USB3 panel that it comes with since my Akasa case has a panel at the front to mount it on. I use my USB 3 stick all the time and I don't particularly want to get on the floor round the back to plug it in all the time and very few other boards seem to come with something similar.

Looking at other boards they appear to have the same 20 pin (19 and one blank) USB3 header so it's possible that the one that came with my P8P67 will work on another board which ticks all my boxes really.

Did everyone send their boards back with everything or with just the board?

All they want back is just the board itself... you can keep all the cables, plugs, manuals etc.

You could try to contact Jay Parmar on Tuesday, to ensure that they have not got them in stock, and if so they usually send them out on the same day as they receive the 'old' one back from you.

Well I got my label this morning, only took them nearly 2 months.

My only slight concern is the label states 1KG and yet I ticked the box for "All accessories included". Even with just the box and board it is 870g, so with the accessories and packaging it is over 1KG!

Anyone else have issues with double boxing it or anything? It is going to be way over 1KG.

Personally I wouldn't worry about that at all, as I am sure that all the others have been the same.

I think it is only really intended as a rough guidr, although it does probably affect the bulk rate which Asus are paying UPS.

I even put mine inside an old 'Amazon' box I had lying around, and it was still safely delivered the next day, without any problems.

I think all labels said that. I know mine did anyway.

They must have some sort of deal with asus i bet thousands got sent back.

Can anyone tell me if asus send you a tracking number for when its on its way back or a email or anything.

Mine was received by them today just hope its back for the weekend. Got a gtx 480 and block on its way to add to the one i got can't wait he he he

not done any clocking on the board because i knew i was going to send it back. So will be like having two new toys

Received my Rev3 H67 EVO board today - with a 7 day turn around. Not too bad.

Went to install it and realised I left the backing plate for my CPU cooler attached to the old board!! Arrrgghhh!!

Quick email to Jay Parmar at Asus and he located the parts for me and has sent them out in the post at no cost to me. What a legend. He's such a helpful guy.

Thanks to OCUK for having the Jay Parmar info. Otherwise i'd have been screwed! :)

As has been said already don't bother including the cables, manuals, etc.. you get a brand new retail box with everything you'd normally get with that inside. Means when you come to sell it you can basically sell it on as pretty much "as new" condition as none of the cables will have been used!

UPS picked mine up today, so hopefully if Morph3ous's is anything to go by I should get something back in the next few weeks. I decided to include all the cables and manuals as I really don't need the spares, they'd just take up room or get thrown.

Grrrrrr, the B3 board they sent me is flaky. Every time I try to boot with the graphics card drivers installed the system hangs on 'Windows Starting'.

I've tried my GTX 260 and a 4870 several times with clean driver installs, both with the identical problem.

However I've tried a 2350 and that works and is stable, but I'm guessing that is irrelevant as it's not running the higher end cards which I need, so it must be the board.

My PSU is fine. (Corsair HX520w)

Sent board Tuesday

received Wednesday

email jay today asking if all way ok and replacement had been sent

got a reply in 5 mins with tracking number

board will be delivered today (according to tracking)

I would say that's a good service

Filled out their form on Thursday and got the UPS sticker yesterday! Can't argue with that. Hopefully the motherboard turnaround will be just as quick!

3rd day today that UPS will try and deliver. Don't they realise most people have jobs and are not around 9-5? - What was wrong with Saturday. Oh well! I guess I'm going to have to pick it up from some grotty delivery depo. I wonder how many bits it will be in after 3 failed deliveries?
